Last night I couldn't get back to sleep and I happened to watch this video, .. crying, curled up in my bed. I wanna give her a big hug. When she laughed or giggled like a little kid, I smiled, too. Such a beautiful, genuine, and contagious smile, it's just admirable given what she might have been through. Despite her wrinkle-covered skin she still looks like a child. And I thought to myself, maybe we all could've had those innocent smiles and facial expressions if we hadn't had to deal with this modern life's norm. Perhaps what we've been through to fit in is harsher than what she had been through ... in a way (not that I mean to diminish her experience).
After a while of research, I added her book to my shopping cart.
